Over 19,000 Square Feet of Classroom Space

Between both of its campuses, Southeast Lineman Training Center boasts over nineteen thousand square feet of classroom instructional space.

Ten Pole Circles

Our field training includes training in 1 of 10 pole circles split between our main and extension campuses.

Over 15 Training Vehicles

We have over 15 training vehicles including bucket trucks, digger derricks and other large equipment in which our students train.

SLTC has a main campus and an extension campus.  Both campuses offer classroom, pole circles and field training.  The main campus features a 16,000 square foot two story building, which includes offices for administration, two large classrooms, computer lab/library, and a break room.  The campus also includes the 2,800 square foot instructor office.  The main campus offers additional buildings for all digger derricks and bucket trucks as well as all storage for necessary tools and equipment.  The main campus building also includes a large deck where students gather at the end of each day to discuss what tasks lay ahead.

The deck opens up to the pole training yard and seven pole circles, where the training begins for each new group of students.  Those individuals determined enough to make it through each rigorous day in the pole circles will then move on to field training, which is spread across 25 acres.

The ELP training building located on the far south side of the facility incudes offices, a break room, equipment storage, cart storage and the underground training lab.

The extension campus adds an additional 21 acres to SLTC and includes an administration building, which is approximately 6,000 square feet.  It includes a large classroom, breakroom, heavy equipment garage, and materials storage. The extension campus also includes 3 pole circles and 4 training field lines.

Recently, SLTC has obtained another addition, bringing our campus to an impressive 75 acres. A large portion of our campus is dedicated to lab and field training. SLTC is constantly expanding our areas of expertise with new tools, equipment, and training curriculum.
